Cancellation Policy
Deposit is non-refundable under any circumstance.
NO SIGNED WAIVER = APPOINTMENT CANCELLED!
Clients must cancel 24 hours prior to their scheduled appointment to avoid any charge and are permitted ONE (1) reschedule with the same deposit. All cancellations within the 24 hour window, client will lose deposit and be charged 50% of the remaining balance.
Same day appointments scheduled at or after 7pm may incur an after hours fee
